Eric Lehman

A Pennsylvania native, Eric S. Lehman is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association, Montgomery County Bar Association, and a 2017 graduate of Elder Law College. He has been an active member of the Clarksville Montgomery County community since moving here from Texas in 2010.

After earning his bachelor’s in marketing from York College of Pennsylvania, Eric worked for several high-profile corporations in the pharmaceutical industry such as Biovail, Boehringer-Ingelheim and Takeda Pharmaceuticals in a variety of sales and training positions before choosing law as a second career.

Eric graduated from Nashville School of Law in 2015 and has remained a mentor for their Rigorous Writing Exercise Program. Eric co-founded his previous law firm in 2016 and co-owned his former title company from 2019-2024. He formerly worked as Vice President of Sales and Marketing and later General Counsel for Total Identity Solutions and has served as Vice President and General Counsel for the Maynard Family of companies from 2022-2024. Eric's interests are Business Law and Formation matters, Contracts, Real Estate/Title, Estate Planning, and other General Practice areas. He currently represents several professional race car drivers and wrestlers as their agent/attorney, which is one of his areas of practice.

Outside of work, Eric has been on the Board of Directors for both Big Brothers Big Sisters of Clarksville and the Rotary Club of Clarksville, where he is recognized as a Paul Harris Fellow. He served as President of the Montgomery County Bar Association in 2021.

Eric has a special place in his heart for all types of motor racing namely drag racing, Formula 1, NASCAR and dirt track racing. He co-owns Raw Performance Marketing (RPM), which is a full-service motorsports marketing agency, and he has been a minority partner in several different professional NHRA drag racing teams. He has two children and two grandsons, whom he adores.
